Delivery rates

• Courier to your door: R 119.99 nationwide.
• PUDO locker-to-locker, priced by parcel weight: under 2 kg R 59.00, 2 kg to under 5 kg R 69.00, 5 kg to under 10 kg R 79.00. Orders over 10 kg go by courier.
• Collection in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal: free.
• Free delivery on orders of R 750.00 or more.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–5 working days of confirmation. Delivery to main centres is typically quicker than outlying areas. We'll email you as soon as your order is on its way.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or something isn't right, email thegreenbag.cpt@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and a photo. We'll replace the affected items or refund you — your choice.

Returns on food products

Because dried mango is a perishable food product, we cannot accept returns of opened bags for reasons other than quality. Unopened bags may be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original condition; return shipping is for the customer's account unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellations

Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible. We can amend or cancel any order that hasn't yet been dispatched.
