About us

The Green Bag sells dried mango grown and dried in South Africa. You can reach us at thegreenbag.cpt@gmail.com.

Prices

All prices are shown in South African Rand and include any applicable taxes. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price that applies to that order.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm it by email. We may decline an order — for example if stock has run out or a pricing error has occurred — and will refund you in full if we do.

Payment

Online card payment is being set up. In the meantime, we will contact you after you place an order to confirm the details and arrange payment before dispatch.

Delivery

Delivery rates, dispatch times and returns are set out on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Product information

Our dried mango is a natural product. Colour, size and texture vary between batches and seasons. Product photographs are illustrative. Please read the packaging for allergen and storage information.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act. Beyond those rights, our liability in relation to any order is limited to the value of that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
